Job summary

RBC is seeking an Ambassador in our branches to place clients first and drive business by supporting new client acquisition and deepening relationships. You will deliver a high-quality service experience, leveraging technology and RBC partners to offer tailored solutions.

The role is part-time, based in branch locations, with flexible hours and a focus on education, client discovery, and building lasting customer relationships. A dynamic team environment and strong coaching support are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to identify sales and referral opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-branch and complete transactions with a service-focused approach.
• Educate clients and demonstrate using technology to enhance the experience.
• Spot opportunities to offer RBC solutions and refer to partners as appropriate.
• Resolve client banking issues by taking ownership and following up.
• Build relationships with branch partners to act as a unified RBC team.
• Follow compliance procedures to manage risks in every transaction.
