RoyFossThornhill is seeking an experienced and professional Part Time Receptionist to join our team in Vaughan. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role and brings a professional, positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of greeting each and every guest that enters our drive thru while provide exceptional customer service during the guests visits to drive customer loyalty.
• Ambitious, willing to go the extra mile and room for advancement within the dealership
• Above average happy smiling disposition (even if you cannot see under a mask)
• Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Problem solver – what is plan B when things get backed up or things do not work as scheduled.
• You must have empathy for the customer and be able to show them you care and put them at ease
• Committed and Passionate about customer service excellence and daily commitment to CSI with wiping down all vehicle touch points (steering wheel, door handle, shifter armrests and keys)
• Cash out/invoice guests and their vehicles
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
• You must thrive in a family environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and ensure a welcoming first impression.
• Assist with transactions, cash handling and invoicing for guests and vehicles.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and uphold CSI through daily touchpoint sanitization.
