Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, planning and budgeting capabilities for logistics operations.
• Knowledge of procurement, vendor evaluation and inventory management processes.
• Experience coordinating equipment maintenance and repair programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Officers distributing supplies to 15 stations, 4 hospitals, and 50+ vehicles.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, equipment, medications, and fleet support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness for paramedic services.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Finance on procurement and vendor evaluations.
• Provide leadership in workforce management, scheduling and staff development.
• Represent Halton Region on committees and panels as needed.
