Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP’s Business Law Services department seeks a permanent Corporate Paralegal in Calgary. You will assist in creating various entities and prepare corporate documents for transactions, governance, and amendments while collaborating with lawyers and clients in a fast-paced, billable environment.
The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least five years of related experience, superb attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Law Services and the Manager, Legal Administration, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position for a Corporate Paralegal in our Business Law Services Department. This position will be working in collaboration with the Business Law Services Team in preparation of corporate documents for on-going corporate governance purposes or in connection with corporate transactions. Candidate must be a self-starter with desire to handle increasing amounts of responsibility and must enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This is a billable position and must be able to accurately record and bill time.
