Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is seeking a Pursuit Manager to lead proposals through the full lifecycle, coordinating with Canadian and global offices.
The role involves drafting, editing, and presenting proposals, managing content, and coaching lawyers. A 5–7 year background in marketing or BD within a legal firm is preferred, with strong writing and IT skills.
4 days a week in office The Pursuit Manager leads and manages proposals through the full lifecycle, ensuring that proposals are completed in an efficient, consistent and professional manner. This will often involve liaising with our other Canadian and global offices. This role will act as an advocate of best practice and a specialist information resource and will work with fee earners across the practice areas and sectors to ensure we are leveraging our experience and capabilities and responding to clients in a consistent manner.
The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors. Please note that salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview.
Toronto: $95,400 - $117,800
Ottawa: $93,100 - $115,100
Vancouver: $93,100 - $115,100
