Job Description and Requirements

In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct front-line onsite client support, packaging project management, and day-to-day activities of line review projects. You will also follow projects through the art production/prepress process. This position requires working in our client offices located in mid-town Toronto.

Responsibilities

1. Provide project forecasts, timelines, status reports, and priorities to teams.
2. Manage customer relations and build solid business partnerships.
3. Coordinate communication with customers and act as a technical resource for production issues.
4. Manage packaging development and approval processes from briefing to prepress file release.
5. Coordinate production activities, including job entry, tracking, and translations.
6. Develop and maintain SOP documents.
7. Validate dielines and ensure files meet specifications.
8. Develop photo shot lists and format copy decks according to brand standards.
9. Attend pre-production and project meetings to gather details.
10. Utilize online project management tools.
11. Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in computer graphics or packaging production, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the packaging industry.
• Knowledge of Canadian packaging and product regulations.
• Understanding of packaging print processes and their impact on brand execution.
