We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the onboarding project.
  • Create and manage onboarding timelines, project plans, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data Migration, Implementation, and Support, to maintain project alignment and momentum.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Lead customer-facing meetings, including project kickoffs and regular status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are informed of project status, next steps, and any key changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, updates, and outcomes within the project tracker and related systems.
  • Drive project closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the Support or Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous project management experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and communicating with external customers.
  • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
