Job summary

Mykelly in Regina, SK is seeking a Packaging Line Operator to help package roughly 35 million litres annually, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on a fast-paced production line. You will operate fillers, robots, case erectors and tape machines, use SAP for records, and collaborate across teams.

The role features rotating 10-hour day and afternoon shifts with health and dental benefits from Day 1. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience; ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including fillers, robots, air pumps, case erectors, and taping machines.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records using SAP.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support continuous production improvements.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures while wearing PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support plant operations.
• Work occasional overtime as required.
