Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanically inclined and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting and understanding quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate press lines safely and maintain quality of rubber products.
• Follow press line schedules, load/unload materials, and perform audits.
• Inspect finished parts and document production data accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping and wear all required PPE to ensure safety.
