Job summary

Infrastructure Ontario in Toronto is seeking a skilled professional to oversee P3 asset management contracts and drive performance across a multi-government portfolio. The role focuses on contract compliance, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven oversight across project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with ministries, Project Co and Service Co teams, implementing improvements and ensuring operational impacts are understood and managed for long-term success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of complex contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of asset and facility management and building systems.
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities to support recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between the Client Ministry and the P3 asset’s representatives (Project Co and Service Co).
• Provide service provider and contract compliance oversight while managing relationships.
• Utilize reporting tools for escalating complex issues and support oversight.
• Analyze portfolio data, benchmark approaches, and research best practices for asset performance.
• Implement contract performance measurements and QA frameworks for facilities management.
• Lead change management to gain support for improvement initiatives across projects.
• Participate in project development, procurement, and implementation phases as needed.
