Job summary

Fengate seeks a Project Manager in our Infrastructure Group to lead delivery and asset management of infrastructure projects, initially focusing on an operational healthcare P3 asset.

The PM will ensure contractual obligations are met, optimize asset performance, and oversee subcontractors, while planning and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment with limited resources. Hybrid role in Brampton, ON.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or a relevant field.
• 3+ years' experience in P3 infrastructure, facility management and/or construction within a health care setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and all stakeholders, forming effective relationships and earning their respect.
• Ability to be self-sufficient and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Management and administration of contractual relationships with project stakeholders, including contracting authority, contractors, shareholders, lenders' technical advisor, and others.
• Monitor compliance with obligations under project contracts and proactively address non-compliance.
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of reports, notices and communications to clients, contractors and lenders.
• Monitor performance of operations, maintenance and service providers to meet contractual obligations and standards.
• Identify, assess and track project risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Support resolution of project issues, claims and commercial matters with stakeholders to mitigate risk.
• Assist in development and execution of annual business plans and budgets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Support administration of project insurance programs, claims management and security requirements.
• Monitor lifecycle planning and major maintenance programs to support asset performance and value.
• Prepare materials and contribute to reporting for boards, shareholders and lenders.
• Support governance and day-to-day administration of project affairs.
