• Experience in public infrastructure asset management and lifecycle value analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partnerships.
• Knowledge of asset management data stewardship and long-term planning.
• Experience implementing software to support maintenance, asset management, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asset Management Program and WMS implementation.
• Develop long-term asset strategies and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve data stewardship and planning.
• Engage stakeholders and manage risk, issues, and communications.
• Integrate the WMS with other applications to support key business decisions.
