Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a P2P Project Manager/Business Analyst in Calgary, Alberta to move the P2P workstream forward within a large enterprise transformation. You will support the P2P Lead, coordinate tasks, manage dependencies and keep stakeholders informed.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or business analysis, with strong communication, planning and organizational skills. You will work with system integrators/partners and drive delivery without direct authority.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience in enterprise software or ERP/digital transformation programs.
  • Experience coordinating complex enterprise projects/workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Very strong organization, planning, tracking and follow-through.
  • Comfortable chasing deliverables and holding people accountable without formal authority.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with system integrators/implementation partners.
  • Strong ability to identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks and overdue deliverables.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business/user requirements.
  • Experience coordinating project and implementation documentation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a large, fast-paced enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the P2P workstream moving and aligned with the program scope.
  • Support the P2P Lead with day-to-day organization, coordination and execution.
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming tasks, deliverables and dependencies.
  • Track detailed progress against the P2P project schedule and identify gaps.
  • Follow up with project team members to ensure commitments are completed.
  • Identify required business resources to complete upcoming activities.
  • Capture decisions, actions and outstanding items with follow-up records.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with system integrators/implementation partners to assign and complete tasks.
  • Communicate expectations around deliverables, deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Monitor execution and adjust plans as required.
  • Measure project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide the project team on corrective actions when delays occur.
  • Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements and identify gaps.
  • Work with other Fusion workstreams to complete cross-functional milestones.
  • Gather and analyze business/user needs.
  • Coordinate development of implementation documentation.
  • Identify project issues and drive them to resolution.
  • Identify risks early and escalate appropriately.
  • Follow governance, standards and delivery frameworks with an eye for improvement.

What you will be doing:

What you must have:
