TEEMA Group seeks an IT Project Manager in Vancouver, BC to lead end-to-end release management, ensuring compliance, security, and timely delivery. You will coordinate with product, technical and business stakeholders while maintaining alignment with product vision and organizational goals.
You will produce executive-ready performance reports and drive continuous improvement across teams, schedules, and delivery metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Manage the project release process end-to-end.
Navigate compliance requirements and manage release artifacts across PPMS, MDG structures, and Sirius.
Coordinate security scans, license validations, ECCN classifications, and third-party component approvals.
Lead assigned projects and take responsibility for successful delivery, ensuring quality and business value.
Gather requirements, identify risks, develop project timelines, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Prepare and present program performance reports to executive management and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical business partners.
Partner with Product Managers to align project execution with product vision and goals.
Create JIRA reports to ensure transparency and visibility into project status.
Support teams in improving productivity through the analysis of delivery metrics, including burndown, burn-up, velocity, and cycle time.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging retrospective outcomes and implementing solutions that improve team efficiency and delivery success.
Strong program management fundamentals, with the ability to maintain visibility across teams, identify blockers early, and drive initiatives to completion without formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear process documentation and present effectively to executive stakeholders.
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a greenfield environment where processes and playbooks need to be established.
Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed teams.
Comfortable working with teams across Pacific Time (PST), with some flexibility required to accommodate different time zones.
Familiarity with enterprise tools, processes, and program management methodologies is an asset.
Familiarity with SAP tools and processes is a plus but not mandatory.
