Job summary

ParaMed is Canada’s leading provider of home health care services. This community nursing role involves scheduled visits to care for patients in their homes, supporting independence and comfort with a strong emphasis on safety and high-quality care.

You will work with patients of all ages, travel within a designated area, and participate in ongoing training, on-call coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse / RPN in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
• Reliability and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area.
• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety.

• Executing and continuously monitor care plans.

Job Description In this community nursing role, as Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
