Allied Universal Security Services in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Security Professional for part-time, overnight shifts at a high-rise residential property. You will combine concierge service with security duties to welcome residents and protect the premises.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of concierge or residential security experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and contractors.
• Proactive and alert with strong observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional concierge and security services to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
• Manage property access and respond to security concerns and service calls.
• Enforce site policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management or emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and daily documentation.
• Identify and report safety, maintenance, and security concerns.
