Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard – High End Condo to support safety and security at a North York residential property. The role requires guarding a high-end condo environment with a focus on professional client service and a strong security presence.

The ideal candidate will have concierge security experience, Ontario Security Guard Licence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work an overnight, rotational schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in concierge security, preferably in a residential environment.
• Minimum of one year of concierge experience.
• Ontario Security Guard Licence is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property regularly to ensure safety of residents, visitors and staff.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain records of patrols, incidents and equipment malfunctions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing professional security response.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors and building staff.
• Provide professional concierge and customer service while maintaining security presence.
