Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Concierge to oversee a residential site in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time overnight role requires excellent communication and prior residential security experience.

The position offers an $18.80 per hour pay rate and night shifts from Sundays to Saturdays. Ideal candidates will hold an Ontario Security License, be able to stand/walk for extended periods, and work with a professional security team to maintain a safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Residential Concierge security experience required.
• Basic computer skills and wireless technology knowledge.
• Ontario Security License and eligibility to work in Canada (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Payrate: $18.80 per hour

Status: Full-time | Overnight

Shift: Sundays to Saturdays. (Various overnight Shift Schedules)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Professional - Concierge to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night Shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in Residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Experience in Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
