Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Concierge - Patrol Guard to support a residential property in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous residential security and concierge experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic security team.

This role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to work overnights or rotating shifts, including weekends and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge security, preferably within a residential environment.
• Minimum one year of concierge experience.
• Ontario Security Guard Licence valid.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and wireless tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification valid.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (40 hours/week).
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs; overnight/rotational shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for residents, visitors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and security systems.
• Manage access and assist visitors and stakeholders.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce site policies and security procedures.
• Document incidents, hazards, and unusual activity.
• Coordinate with emergency services as required.
