Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Professional - Concierge in Toronto, Ontario, for overnight shifts at a residential site. The role requires a valid Ontario Security License, strong communication, and the ability to patrol and manage incidents.

The position offers full-time hours, with pay of $18.80 per hour. Candidates should be able to work Sundays through Saturdays and be comfortable in a team security environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Concierge Security.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism and follow training/security protocols, including emergencies.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist property management with additional tasks as required.
