Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard for a high end condo in North York, ON. The role focuses on protecting residents and property while delivering exceptional customer service.

The candidate will work overnights and rotational shifts, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, communication, and collaboration with property management and residents. Prior concierge security experience is required.

Qualifications

• Residential concierge security experience is preferred.
• Ontario Security Guard Licence is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Proficient in basic computer systems and wireless communication technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety of residents, visitors and staff.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols and incidents.
• Respond to security-related incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Provide professional concierge and customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors, and building personnel.
