Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park seeks an Overnight Front Desk Reception Agent to provide warm, efficient service during night hours.

You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, address requests, support night audit procedures, and coordinate with the front desk team. Fluent English and PMS familiarity required; on-site staff housing and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit or Front Desk experience is an asset.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• PMS experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out while following service standards.
• Document guest requests, complaints, or issues and notify relevant staff.
• Conduct Night Audit procedures.
• Monitor the switchboard and respond to calls and messages.

Job Description
First impressions are everything! Are you a hospitality professional seeking an opportunity to advance your current skills and abilities? As An Overnight Front Desk Reception Agent you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team consistently providing outstanding service and creating genuine and lasting memories!

Pay Rate: $20.33/hour

Job Duties Include

• Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
• Document all guest requests, complaints or issues immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction
• Conduct Night Audit Procedures
• Assist in monitoring the switchboard phone line and answering calls/responding via other communication platforms

Qualifications
Qualifications: Previous experience as Night Audit or Front Desk Reception Agent an asset

• Previous Property Management System (PMS) experience an asset
• Proficient in the English language (verbal & written), second language an asset
• Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously
