Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking a Night Cleaner to support the overnight team and ensure kitchen hygiene. You will work 11:00 pm–7:30 am and help prepare exceptional cuisine.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently stand and walk through out shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.

• Deep clean all kitchen areas after hours to ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation is met
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen floors, ovens, stovetops, walls and ceiling tiles
• Report necessary repairs or areas of concern
• Ensure proper use of PPE while using chemicals and all chemicals are properly stored and organized
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives

Job Duties Include
