Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park is seeking an Overnight Housekeeping team member to support the guest experience in a premier mountain resort. The role begins in November 2026 and is a permanent position within the Housekeeping department.

The position offers CAD 20.97 per hour, with duties including window cleaning, linen distribution, handling soiled linen, stocking supplies, and performing evening turndown to trained standards.

Qualifications

• Proven excellent guest services skills.
• Applicant must be a highly responsible, self-motivated individual who excels in an independent work atmosphere.
• Must practice safe work habits including awareness of safe work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Window cleaning.
• Collecting, sorting & distributing all Housekeeping linen.
• Handling soiled, ripped and stained linen.
• Stocking all Housekeeping suppliers and super suppliers with linen and required guest room amenities.
• Performing Evening Turndown service to standards outlined in Training.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all Housekeeping backspaces.

Job Duties Include
