Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but passion for helping others matters most.
• Comfort with night shifts and flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or Excel a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 7‑star service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments.
• Handle financial transactions, balances, and reports with accuracy.
• Support night audit processes and ensure smooth, welcoming ambiance.
• Collaborate with daytime team to relay information for a seamless guest experience.
• Represent Canalta's values in person, on the phone and online.
