TECHNICAL OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ONTARIO

Base ($70k-80k) + Commission

Synergie is currently seeking an Outside Sales Rep for our Quebec-based client. The successful applicant will have a background in technical sales, projects, and the ability to take their customers from inception to installation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and work closely with engineering or inside sales to offer the correct technical solutions.
  • Participate in the RFQ process, provide accurate and rigorous quotes, negotiate contract terms while maintaining margins, and coordinate visits remotely with team members and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful execution of client projects, from design to installation.
  • Be present on-site during critical moments of the installation process.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and offer technical advice.
  • Provide regular after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales of Mill & Crane Products.
  • Experience in selling products / services related to lifting equipment and accessories is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
