An established industry player is seeking a Dispositions Representative to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on selling off-market investment properties to real estate investors in the Greater Toronto Area. JOB POSITION - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a Dispositions Representative, you will be selling off-market investment properties to real estate investors across Ontario, with a primary focus on the Greater Toronto Area. You will be building relationships with buyers, managing a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities. This role is a blend of new business development and account management. This is an expansion position and will report directly to the current Dispositions Manager. The base salary is $50,000 plus commissions, with first-year on-target earnings between $70,000–$90,000.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
• Head Office - Toronto Ontario
• Work from home with travel required to clients
• The sales territory is Greater Toronto Area
• Full-time - Monday to Friday (some evenings and weekends required)
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
• General knowledge of real estate transactions
• Background in financial services, real estate, or related sectors will be considered a valuable asset
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Excel - Advanced
• PowerPoint - Intermediate
• MS Word - Basic
