Outside Sales Representative - Quebec

Are you a bilingual (French/English) sales professional ready to own a territory and make a tangible impact? This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, industry-leading supplier of industrial consumables and solutions, with a strong presence across North America.

Backed by a proven product, a strong customer base, and a collaborative team, you’ll step into a high-potential territory covering parts of Ontario, Québec, and Western New York. You’ll be trusted to develop long-term customer relationships and bring a consultative approach to value-based selling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive growthby achieving monthly and annual sales goals in a competitive, commodity-based B2B market
  • Own your territory– travel 8–10 days/month to meet with clients and uncover new opportunities
  • Build trustwith existing and prospective customers through solution-focused selling
  • Contribute to strategyby creating and executing a tailored annual sales plan
  • Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure seamless customer experiences and share market insights

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience in a B2B setting
  • Full bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Based in or near Buffalo NY, Toronto ON, or Montréal QC
