Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Industry: Commercial Cleaning & Facility Services.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Car Allowance.

The Role:
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to identify and close new business opportunities in the downtown core. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with property managers and business owners, and securing janitorial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cold-call potential commercial clients across Downtown Toronto.
  • Conduct in-person site visits and needs assessments.
  • Present tailored proposals.
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven sales experience (2+ years), preferably B2B or service-based.
  • Familiarity with Downtown Toronto – you know the buildings, streets, and key players.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided).
  • Self-starter who thrives on independence and results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
