What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct in-person and phone outreach to develop new business
  • Lead client discovery meetings to understand staffing needs
  • Customize staffing solutions and present proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Hit weekly activity metrics and monthly sales targets
