About The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Outside Sales Representative will support Greywolf Equipment’s growth by adding new business. Responsibilities include building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, connecting with vendors and partner businesses, and acting as a liaison between customers and our service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively seek and develop new customer prospects using existing resources, networks, and connections under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
  2. Identify, qualify, and follow up on incoming requests.
  3. Build relationships and forecast equipment needs with leadership and service teams.
  4. Initiate conversations for customer feedback and generate ideas to drive revenue.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify business development opportunities.
  6. Understand customer needs to upsell and match products to projects.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Rental Equipment/Construction.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience, focusing on new business development.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on the road.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.
Rewards and Benefits

We support your success with tools and development opportunities. Compensation includes a base salary of CA$50,000 to CA$100,000 plus commissions that can double your total earnings. We also offer benefits such as health and dental coverage, retirement matching, mental health support, and more.
