We are seeking a confident, passionate, and motivatedHealthcare Sales Professionalto fill the role ofOutside Sales Representative.In this role, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and expanding our network of referral partners. You will be responsible for promoting CanSleep services to physician offices, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers, educating them on sleep apnea, and growing our referral network.

CanSleep has the most extensive network of Sleep Apnea Solutions in BC.With a presence in Surrey, Burnaby, Delta, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Penticton and Victoria, BC, their sleep apnea clinics provide integrated snoring and sleep apnea treatments to help improve sleep quality. Their team is highly motivated to provide the most robust services and education on how to improve the quality of sleep.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Operations or designated leader, you will be the face of our services in the community, driving referrals, and working with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the care they need to improve their sleep and respiratory health.

Position to be based out of the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships and Promote Services: Establish new client relationships with general practitioners, specialists, pharmacists, and dentists, while educating them on sleep apnea and promoting Aveiro Sleep/Sleep Medix services.

Maintain and strengthen Aveiro Sleep/SleepMedix’s existing client relationships by reinforcing awareness of our services.

Oversee multiple clinics within a given territory and effectively manage time to maximize territory, clinic and stakeholder coverage.

Work with various stakeholders within healthcare clinics, understanding their values and working to align Aveiro and the clinic to be their sleep service provider of choice.

Engage with healthcare professionals in person and over the phone; being the face of Aveiro Sleep.

Present Aveiro's suite of services to new and existing referral partners, delivering a consistent message that aligns with our brand.

Develop Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales and referral pipeline within CRM, providing regular updates to senior management.

Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and lead marketing activities, including educational seminars, training sessions, and other outreach efforts.

Prepare Proposals: Draft presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new referral partners.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and healthcare developments to maintain a competitive edge.

CRM Utilization: Use the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and report on customer calls, sales planning, activities, sales and referral activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma (an asset).
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare B2B sales, ideally within the sleep or respiratory industry.
  • Track record of successful B2B sales and achieving or exceeding year-over-year growth targets
  • Experience in outside sales, territory management and customer management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and CRM software.
  • Confidence in presenting to healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinic staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • A clean driver’s abstract and the ability to travel extensively within Alberta.
