Job summary

ForgeFit, a nationwide fitness equipment partner, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our gym client base across Canada. You’ll identify needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships with gym owners and facility managers.

You’ll manage a CRM-driven pipeline, deliver product presentations via phone, video, and email, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness or health.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and virtual closing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business with gyms nationwide.
• Build and manage a CRM-driven sales pipeline.

About the Role

As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving ForgeFit’s growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and training facility managers. Your mission: identify their needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that power their success, and ours.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country
• Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools
• Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus
