Job summary

ForgeFit is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with gym owners, fitness directors, and facility managers nationwide. You will identify needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that fuel success for clients and ForgeFit alike.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business across the country using CRM tools, delivering consultative product presentations via phone, video, and email while staying current on industry trends

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health-related is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country.
• Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools.
• Deliver consultative product presentations and solutions via phone, video, and email.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
