Job summary

ForgeFit is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with gym owners and fitness facilities across Canada. You will identify needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and build lasting relationships that power customer success and ForgeFit’s expansion.

The role requires consultative selling via phone, video, and email, with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission and onboarding/training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
• Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with gyms and fitness centers across the country.
• Build and manage a pipeline of warm and cold leads using CRM tools.
