We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals tojoin our team as Winter Seasonal Outdoor Operations Team Members. Opportunitiesare available in Lift and Base Operations, Snowmaking, and Terrain Park.

Your Role
As an Outdoor Operations Team Member, your number oneresponsibility is safety —your own,our guests, and your fellow employees.
With a friendly and helpful attitude, strong teamwork, and a commitment toefficient service, you will help create an exceptional mountain experience foreveryone.
Depending on your assigned area, your responsibilities mayinclude:
Lift Operations
- Assist with ticket validation, lift lines, and safeguest loading
- Provide friendly guidance and exceptional guestservice
- Complete daily inspections, operational checks, anddocumentation
- Maintain ramps, signage, ropes, gates, andsurrounding areas
- Perform snow removal and general outdoor housekeeping
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures
- Act as a Resort Ambassador by assisting guests withresort information
- Work safely outdoors in changing winter conditions
Snowmaking
- Safely operate,monitor, and maintain snowmaking equipment and systems
- Complete routine equipment checks, maintenance,and record keeping
- Assist with snowremoval, ice clearing and general outdoor labour
- Identify and reportsafety hazards or equipment issues
- Follow all RCRsafety policies and operating procedures
- Work safelyoutdoors in all winter conditions
Terrain Park
- Inspect, test, and maintain terrain park featuresthroughout the day
- Maintain fencing, signage, markers, features, andpark areas
- Assist with park builds, take-offs, landings, andsnow maintenance
- Work closely with Grooming, Snowmaking, and SkiPatrol to provide a safe, high-quality terrain park experience
You Have
- An outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good punctuality and reliability
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to performphysical work outdoors in winter conditions
- A strong commitment to guest service and safety
- The ability to accept responsibility and followestablished procedures
- Skiing or snowboarding ability suitable for theposition and assigned work area
- Lift Operators: 18+
- Ticket checker/Snow removal: 16+
- Snowmakers: 18+
- Competitive wage: $18.71/hour as per Collective Agreement
