Job summary

Marlow Hiring is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to conduct outbound calls promoting products or services to prospective customers from our Vancouver office. You will generate interest, qualify leads, and support sales efforts through effective phone communication.

The role is full-time and onsite with 0-1 year of experience preferred. Base pay is $17-$20/hour plus commission, with opportunities for advancement in sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work.

• Basic computer skills for call tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present product or service information clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments.

• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections professionally and follow scripts as needed.
