Job summary

Wirelessdna Head Office in Toronto seeks an experienced Contact Centre Assistant Manager to lead our outbound sales specialists, drive targets, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will coach, train, and supervise the team, review quotes, handle inquiries, and coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery timelines. A bachelor’s degree and proven sales leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in telecom or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Contact Centre Sales Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Review and approve sales quotes, proposals and contracts per company policy.
• Handle escalated customer issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and generate regular performance reports.
