Job summary

WellnessLiving is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead our outbound business development team in Canada. You will drive pipeline generation, coach BDRs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and RevOps to optimize our outbound approach and revenue growth.

You will manage goals and metrics, foster a high-performance culture, and guide processes for faster onboarding and scalable execution across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a BDR/SDR/outbound sales role with pipeline generation
• Previous experience managing BDRs, SDRs, or sales professionals is preferred; strong coaching and mentorship experience welcome
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred; ability to coach and develop sales teams across channels

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canadian BDR team with strategic direction and daily leadership
• Set team goals, quotas, and monitor pipeline targets
• Coach BDRs across cold calling, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and social channels
• Develop outbound strategies with Sales and Marketing to generate qualified opportunities
• Maintain data hygiene in CRM and provide performance reporting to leadership
