Portfolio Credit Control is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager in Ottawa, ON. This field-based role targets new business with senior decision-makers, offering a base salary up to CAD 75,000, plus uncapped commissions and an OTE of CAD 200k+.

You will prospect, meet owners, and build a pipeline using a CRM. A vehicle is included or an allowance, with generous incentives and benefits. This is a high-velocity B2B sales environment requiring a true hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.
• 100% field sales with no farming/account management.
• Experience selling services or intangible products.
• Strong consultative selling with a value-driven approach.
• Proven ability to engage business owners and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners to present HR & Health & Safety solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral partners.
• Exceed sales targets in a high-reward environment.
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using a CRM.
