Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead Prosci/ADKAR-based change management for large IT/digital transformation initiatives in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This 100% onsite contract role requires hands-on delivery of strategies, plans, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities. The candidate will collaborate with project managers and business leads to develop comprehensive change management plans, communications, sponsor engagement, training, resistance management

Qualifications

• Prosci/ADKAR certification required.
• Hands-on experience delivering Organizational Change Management on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading Change Management for IT projects and digital transformation.
• Ability to develop and deliver Change Management Strategies and Plans.
• Experience creating Stakeholder/Impact Assessments, Communications Plans, Sponsor Engagement, Training, Resistance, and Reinforcement Plans.

Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) - Prosci/ADKAR

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Overview: ISM Is Seeking An Experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support large-scale business initiatives and IT/digital transformation projects for an enterprise client in Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Organizational Change Management activities and developing and delivering OCM strategies, plans and supporting deliverables using the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and change management best practices. This is a hands‑on Change Management role requiring someone who can independently assess organizational change, engage stakeholders, identify impacts and resistance, and develop practical strategies to support successful adoption. This position is 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, Monday to Friday. Hybrid and remote arrangements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities The Senior Organizational Change Manager Will

• Work with Project Managers, Business Leads and project teams to understand initiatives and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to the future/post-implementation state
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Change Management Strategy
• Develop and maintain the overall Change Management Plan
• Identify stakeholders and facilitate discussions to understand stakeholder impacts and change impacts
• Conduct Organizational Readiness Assessments, evaluate results and provide recommendations
• Develop and execute Communication Plans
• Develop Sponsor Engagement strategies, reporting and supporting materials
• Develop Training Plans and support organizational/end‑user readiness
• Develop Resistance Management Plans, identify anticipated resistance and recommend mitigation strategies
• Develop Reinforcement Plans to support adoption and sustainment of change
• Identify OCM risks, issues and barriers to adoption
• Identify actionable and targeted OCM activities for integration into the overall project plan
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews and impact‑assessment sessions
• Prepare and deliver updates, presentations, training and workshops
• Maintain OCM project documentation in accordance with established standards
• Work independently while collaborating closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of organizational Change Management practices

Required Qualifications & Experience To be considered, candidates must have:

• Prosci/ADKAR certification
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience delivering Organizational Change Management on enterprise‑scale initiatives
• Experience leading Change Management activities for IT projects and/or digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering:
• Change Management Strategies
• Change Management Plans
• Stakeholder and Change Impact Assessments
• Organizational Readiness Assessments
• Communication Plans
• Sponsor Engagement and reporting
• Training Plans
• Resistance Management Plans
• Reinforcement/Adoption Plans
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Change Management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience identifying organizational risks, issues and resistance and developing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions, workshops and training
• Ability to work effectively with executives, sponsors, business leaders, SMEs, Project Managers, technical teams and end users
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within complex project environments

Highly Desirable Experience The following experience would be considered a strong asset:

• Utility, energy or gas industry experience
• Natural Gas Transmission & Storage knowledge or experience
• Previous experience within a Crown corporation, government, regulated organization or large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of IT systems and how technology/digital transformation impacts business users
• North American work experience
• Experience improving or maturing organizational Change Management standards and practices

Important - Onsite Requirement

This is a 100% onsite position in Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this opportunity. Local Regina/Saskatchewan candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates considering relocation must be prepared to work onsite in Regina for the duration of the engagement.
