Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide IT transformation in the energy sector. This on-site Regina, Saskatchewan role is an initial contract through March 31, 2028, with potential for extensions.

You will lead OCM activities using Prosci/ADKAR, assess impacts and readiness, and develop deliverables across communications, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management while partnering with project teams to embed change into plans.

Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management certification and demonstrated experience applying the ADKAR methodology.
• Experience in the natural gas, utility, or energy sector.
• Experience leading organizational change management on large-scale IT, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Develop and deliver OCM strategies, plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management activities.
• Experience conducting change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.

Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support enterprise-wide organizational change and IT transformation initiatives within the natural gas transmission and storage sector.

This is an on-site role in Regina, Saskatchewan, for an initial contract through March 31, 2028, with potential for multi-year extensions.

You must currently reside in the Regina area or be willing to relocate to Regina for the duration of the contract.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute OCM strategies aligned with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
• Assess change impacts, stakeholder groups, organizational readiness, risks, and resistance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive OCM deliverables across change strategy, communications, sponsor engagement, training, reinforcement, and resistance management.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and readiness assessments.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Leads, project teams, and sponsors.
• Integrate OCM activities into overall project plans and timelines.
• Identify risks, issues, resistance, and adoption barriers and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and share knowledge to support continuous improvement of change management practices.

What you must have:

• Prosci Change Management certification and demonstrated experience applying the ADKAR methodology.
• Experience in the natural gas, utility, or energy sector.
• Experience leading organizational change management on large-scale IT, technology, or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver OCM strategies, plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management activities.
• Experience conducting change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and how technology changes impact business users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Professional experience in North America.
