Job summary

Long View is seeking an Adoption and Change Management Consultant for its BC Branch in Vancouver to deliver consultative services and build stakeholder relationships. You will guide clients through change, drive technology adoption, and support initiatives including data, business applications, and digital transformation.

You will lead engagements, develop OCM plans, and enable end users while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change and technology adoption.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, or SharePoint is an asset.

Are you skilled at guiding clients through change and driving technological adoption? Do you help ensure project success through change strategy, communication, and user adoption?

We are looking for an Adoption and Change Management Consultant for our BC Branch located in Vancouver to deliver consultative services directly to our clients and to build relationships with our stakeholders and project teams. You will help clients successfully adopt and realize value from new technologies. While there is a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption, you may also support a variety of business and technology initiatives, including data, business applications, and digital transformation projects. You may lead standalone adoption, change management, or training engagements, or provide change management expertise as part of larger implementation projects. Through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning, you will help clients achieve successful and lasting change.

A Day in the Life:

• Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, providing an exceptional client experience, and helping clients maximize the value of new technologies
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to assess the people, process, and business impacts of technology changes
• Gather requirements and insights through interviews, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and impact assessments to support adoption and change management strategies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and ongoing support
• Partner with technical consultants and client teams to integrate the people side of change into technology implementations and establish effective governance approaches
• Create and execute communication plans, leveraging multiple channels to deliver clear, timely, and audience-appropriate messaging
• Design role-based training strategies and develop engaging learning materials tailored to executives, business users, frontline workers, and other stakeholder groupsFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and business outcomes
• Develop practical adoption resources, support materials, and end-user enablement tools that help users gain value from new technologies
• Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements to increase engagement, adoption, security, consistency, and user satisfaction
• Manage priorities, deliverables, and project coordination activities across multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to Long View’s OCM Community of Practice, support organizational initiatives and compliance programs, and assist with other change, communication, and project-related activities as needed

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, training, communications, business analysis, project delivery, customer success, or a related discipline
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consulting, project delivery, customer success, or advisory environment
• Experience supporting technology implementations or adoption initiatives. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, or SharePoint is an asset
• The ability to gather requirements and understand how change may affect different roles and user groups.
• Experience developing clear, audience-focused communications, training materials, or adoption resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet commitments, and follow established delivery processes.
• A willingness to receive feedback, learn from more experienced colleagues, and continuously develop your consulting and OCM capabilities.
• Previous experience in business analysis, project coordination, customer success, communications, or learning and development is an asset.

• Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist
• Accredited Instructional Designer/Trainer
• Technical certification in a Microsoft application or platform (M365, SharePoint, Dynamics)
• Certification with other technology platforms or methodology such as ITIL, SAP, or Google
• Experience developing training videos, quick-reference guides, quizzes, presentations, or other user adoption resources
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and the ability to deliver BA engagements if required to meet utilization targets and skill demand

$65,000 - $79,847 a year

Expected Base Salary Range. Plus additional variable incentives.
