Job summary

Long View Systems in Calgary seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead ERP, Dynamics 365, and enterprise technology transformations. You will steer initiatives across scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring business outcomes align with strategic goals.

As a lead, you’ll collaborate with executives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and fun at Long View.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position focusing on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM)
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
• Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
• Analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
• Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project
• Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
• Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
• Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
• Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Head Office branch located in Calgary to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. A Day in the Life:

$108,500 - $142,485 a year

Expected Salary Range is$108,500 - $142,485 plus a variable incentive plan.
