Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to help move orders from inquiry to delivery. You will manage orders in JDE, coordinate with Sales and Logistics, and ensure accurate records and timely deliveries for customers.

The role requires about three years of customer service experience; ERP familiarity with JDE or SAP is preferred, and post-secondary education is advantageous.

Qualifications

• About three years of customer service experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience using JDE or another leading ERP system, such as SAP.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer requests into action by processing and managing orders in JDE with speed and accuracy.
• Dig into complex order issues, find practical solutions, and keep customers and teammates informed along the way.
• Keep order records, account details, processes, and customer-specific requirements accurate and up to date.
• Team up with Sales, Logistics, and other partners to coordinate orders, manage expectations, and create a great customer experience.
• Process returns and credits in JDE using the correct reason codes and required documentation.
• Be a go-to partner for Sales Representatives by answering pricing questions, resolving discrepancies, and sharing timely updates.
