Job summary

Westlake Chemical in Vaughan seeks an experienced customer service professional to turn orders into action and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other teams. You will manage orders in JDE, handle complex issues, and keep records up to date.

The role requires ERP experience (JDE or SAP) and a background in customer service, with post-secondary education preferred. Office environment with regular collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• About three years of customer service experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience using JDE or another leading ERP system, such as SAP.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer requests into action by processing and managing orders in JDE with speed and accuracy.
• Dig into complex order issues, find practical solutions, and keep customers and teammates informed along the way.
• Keep order records, account details, processes, and customer-specific requirements accurate and up to date.
• Team up with Sales, Logistics, and other partners to coordinate orders, manage expectations, and create a great customer experience.
• Process returns and credits in JDE using the correct reason codes and required documentation.
• Be a go-to partner for Sales Representatives by answering pricing questions, resolving discrepancies, and sharing timely updates.
• Help plan truck deliveries for select locations, as needed.
