• Experience in SDLC, data migration, integrations and reporting for HCM.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, migrations and reports.
• Design, develop and support HCM Cloud modules for Canadian public sector clients.
• Steer SDLC activities, status reporting and RAID/log risk management.
• Govern data structures, security roles and organizational setups in Oracle HCM.
