Newport Williams in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for a full‑time, on‑site role in the GTA. You will bring 3+ end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver solutions in Core HR, Absence Management, and ORC.

The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, client‑facing environment with strong communication skills and a track record of global implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• At least 6 years as a functional consultant/Business Analyst in Oracle cloud HCM.
• Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
• Strong communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
• Global implementation experience is an asset.
