The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, with over 4 years of IT experience in supporting Oracle HCM systems. The role involves troubleshooting production issues and working with project managers to meet the business needs. Formación

• 4+ years of IT experience in supporting Oracle HCM systems.
• 1+ years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud technical and functional.
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for configuration and management of HCM system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support production issues.
• Partner with project managers to review business requirements.
