Job summary

FYidoctors Edmonton - Brewery District is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our team part-time, 20–29 hours per week. You will greet patients, manage check‑in/check‑out, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, and handle billing and eyewear care, delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience is beneficial.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative, adaptable team player with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients; check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
Coordinate appointments, prepare prescriptions, and manage billing/payments.
Handle eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
